My Role — Lead Digital Learning Specialist

As the Lead Multimedia Learning Designer, I owned the creative vision and end-to-end multimedia development of the project.

• Storyboarding & Learning Experience Design * Collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate complex compliance concepts into learner-friendly experiences. * Conducted creative ideation workshops to define the visual direction, learning flow, and instructional approach. * Created detailed storyboards, scene-by-scene visual scripts, and interaction blueprints before production.
• Character & Visual Development * Designed custom learning characters and visual assets aligned with the corporate brand identity. * Developed iconography, illustrations, backgrounds, and UI elements to create a cohesive visual language throughout the learning experience. * Leveraged AI-assisted design workflows to rapidly prototype creative concepts and accelerate production.
• Animation & Motion Graphics * Produced engaging 2D animated sequences using Adobe After Effects and Vyond to bring learning scenarios to life. * Created animated explainers, kinetic typography, transitions, and infographic-style motion graphics to simplify complex compliance topics. * Designed short-form, social-media-inspired microlearning videos optimized for modern learners.
• Video Production * Edited learning videos with professional pacing, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects. * Integrated AI-generated voiceovers and multimedia assets to create polished instructional content. * Ensured every video maintained corporate branding while delivering concise and impactful learning messages.
• Learning Development * Integrated videos, animations, assessments, and interactive components into eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline. * Designed learner-centric experiences with branching interactions, knowledge checks, and scenario-based learning activities.
